The Feminine Mesquite is a five book series featuring the five curvy Quincy Sisters and the five alpha male polar bear shifters who are the heirs to the Scoville fortune. This series just keeps getting better and better! In this book we have Basil and Cayenne's story, and wow was it ever fun! They're tasked with designing and opening up the restaurant for the family's Feminine Mesquite company, and what they come up with was a dining experience like none other! Here's a quote from their opening night, as the four brothers, carrying skewers of BBQ meat, serve as waiters and introduce the menu "Which one of our hot, salty meat swords do you want in your mouth?" I swear my burst into flames! Or maybe it was just me ... I don't know, but it was HOT!
Sable Sylvan has really done a wonderful job of pulling together a wide assortment of characters and environments for this Texans-meet-Vikings series, and I'm loving every single part of it. I honestly can't wait for the final installment of this series! I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.

I loved this series!
The entire 5 book series was great. Entertaining, fun,and sexy love stories about 5 sisters and a family of 5 polar bear shifters. I would have loved if Grandfather and aunt Barb's story was done even as a short story.
OK up front not War & Peace, but a fun story. A very good guilty pleasure read. Pace is good and characters are interesting.
Sable Sylvan has quickly become a favorite author of mine, each story line is so compelling and I can't wait to get the next book!
I thoroughly enjoyed reading Cayenne & Basil's story very much. I am eagerly waiting for the next book in the series.
